As part of three interconnected Arlington County neighborhoods comprising the National Landing urban corridor, Potomac Yard offers restaurants, local farmers markets, parks, trails and more. Virginia Tech’s Innovation Campus, the Inova Oakville Health Plex, as well as a host of museums, theaters and art galleries are also nearby. The Kennedy Center is across the bridge, and the Yacht Club is a local fixture on the Potomac.
Potomac Yard is accessible to just about everywhere via the Blue and Yellow Metro Lines at the Crystal City and Braddock Road stations. With the arrival of Amazon’s HQ2, a dedicated Potomac Yard station opened in 2021. It’s easy to catch a baseball game at National Park, hockey at the Capital One Arena or a world-class Broadway production at the Kennedy Center.
